SITE NOTESÂ
Site Restrictions: You MUST stop on car park 2 and Wait For A Banks Man
-The driver will ring transport office before leaving site/depot and give an expected time of arrival at Borders Hospital DRIVER/PLANNER
-Transport office staff will ring site (01896 826000) with the drivers ETA. This needs to be done immediately upon receiving the ETA. Hospital require a minimum of 1 hours notice PLANNER/NIGHT STAFF
-Driver will update transport office of any change of ETA due to delays diversion etc. Transport office will keep an watch on vehicles progress via tracker and contact driver if concerned about time deviation from original ETA DRIVER/PLANNER/NIGHT STAFF
-Driver will drive onto site as per site instructions and stop at the designated waiting area DRIVER
-Driver will ring 01896 826000 from designated waiting area and await the arrival of site staff DRIVER
-Site staff will escort driver, tractor unit and mobile to pad (delivery) just driver and tractor unit (collection) SITE/DRIVER
-Please note there is also a requirement for the tractor unit and mobile to be escorted off site when collecting. SITE/DRIVER
-All set-up/pack down procedures to be followed once tractor unit/trailer is in position. DRIVER/NIGHT STAFF
-Driver to ring transport office once set-up/pack down is complete DRIVER
-Any issues whilst on-site office should ring 01896 826000 and ask for Brad Herbert NIGHT STAFF
